I recently took up recorder playing and fell into playing with my school’s choir. I needed an instrument that sounded half decent, but I didn’t want to spend a ton on a more expensive wooden recorder. I decided to buy this one, and I have been nothing but pleased with it. It sounds as good as a plastic recorder possibly can and breaks into three pieces for easy cleaning. If you need a good recorder and are stingy (much like me) buy this. You will not be upset!

This recorder is exactly what is required for 3rd – 5th grade music class. The kids like the transluscent colors. Easy to take apart and clean. Nice clear tone.

My 13 year old and 7 year old children love these recorders! They are tough and much more tuneful than the dime store version. I like that you can take them apart to clean them, too.
